JA: it's not the crash reporter coming up but it's the auto recovery. The auto
recovery starts because the functionality within issue 39959 is broken and the
auto recovery tries to recover that broken functionality, thus crashing again.
Delete the file Recovery.xcu from your user profile (eg c:\documents and
settings\<username>\application data\OpenOffice.org<version
number>\user\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\Recovery.xcu)
