I cannot reproduce the problem. Both documents looked exactly the same in OO
2.0.3 independent from the fact that the spoolsv.exe was running or not.
Are you sure thst did not have the option "Use printer metrics..." in
Tools.Options.Writer.Compatibility" switched on in one of the attermpts you had?
