I forgot to test the location of the profile. The home directory mentioned is
located on a nfs share.
Additional research now shows that the problem only exists if the
.openoffice.org2 profile is located on the nfs share. Moving the profile to a
local disk resolves the problem.
I have changed the title in "Unopkg package manager does not open or run on a
nfs share"
This makes the bug of a low priority
