Although I am not acustomed to the integration process, my idea is to integrate as in following sequence. 1. Integrate config_office and solenv. Without this nothing will happen. 2. Integrate library naming replacement with MACROs (in 1.) All MS-Windows specific projects not hiding behind sal should follow this convetion. 3. Integrate unicode charactor handling changes All MS-Windows specific projects should follow this convetion as well. And this contains vary large changes. Other parts can be handled one by one ... 4. Integrate external project This includes system header modifications. 5. Integrate 3rd party projects This includes rather tricky libtool modifications. 6.
