I have checked vcl from pj58, and tried to build in aqua (m182), but the build
of vcl is not possible
anymore. They are lot of VCL* remaining + other goodies to remove.
The breakage :

And after some other fixes, Igave up, because it appears we have really a lot

Second point, are you sure we can remove salbmp.hxx and salgdiutils.hxx ?
