OOo is highly modularized, many components use the same stuff.
If you'd install "only writer" you'd still need the 200MB of the core-packages
(shared components). You wouldn't gain anything.
Reducing startup-time and increasing performance is a goal nevertheless that
doesn't need an issue.
This one is wontfix since a "standalone" writer would be
* a huge effort
* would not gain anything (in terms of size of the download/installation)
As mentioned before, Isolating and packaging of the application-specific data is
an ongoing task anyway (but one that will not be solved from release to release)
