There is two things that might get mixed up here:

a) Click on an entry in the literature index. (I did not mean that when I
started the bug.) This of course can only link to e.g. the first reference to
this entry in the text.

b) Click on a reference inside the text. Consider a citation like this:

"To be, or not to be: that is the question" ([Shakespeare1603])

I want to be able to click on [Shakespeare1603] and the curser should jump to
the Literature index then, ideally to the entry:

->== Literature Index ==
[Simpson1999]: Bart Simpson, Eat My Shorts, 1999
->[Shakespeare1603]: William Shakespeare, Hamlet, 1603
[Bush2005]: George W. Bush, A I Stupid or Not??? , 2005

(-> indicates where the pointer could point to).

I hope that clears things up.
