Please don't use the attached patch.
This is broken in German and English. The message hasn't been specified so far,
so we don't need to create a new spec just to fix this. Please change both
strings as follows:
English (U.S.): Change background settings for all pages?
German: Hintergrundeinstellungen für alle Seiten ändern?
