Partly confirmed with OOo1.9.79 on WinXP SP2 (!):
What I can confirm is this:
Any connector that starts from a gluepoint (at a shape) but ends NOT on a
gluepoint is, after saving and reloading, connected with the shape on both
sides. So OOo automatically connected the 2nd end of the connector to the shape.
To test:
a) draw a rectangle
b) draw a bezier connector from the bottom gluepoint of the rectangle to
somewhere on the sheet
c) save and reload
Connector is now connected between bottom and right gluepoint.
Since issue 39320 is fixed and this bug is still there this cannot be a
duplicate, but it may still related with that other issue.
Needs to get fixed till OOo2.0.
P.S: I can NOT confirm that totally unconnected connectors disappear.
