Automatic staggering is implemented.
The automatic break feature is not implemented so far. Please check whether we
can/should skip that.
If labels are not allowed to overlap, but do not fit into the given space, then
only each nth label is displayed. So you have a predictable easy rhythm for the
displayed labels.
