We already have Amharic in the language listbox resource, but currently not
classified as CTL language.
@tl: the script type nowadays is defined in module i18npool as well, svtools
just calls it. i18npool/source/isolang/mslangid.cxx MsLangId::getScriptType()
I'll add this to CWS locales21.
