Hi,

there is no need to do so as the d&d handling in OOo Calc is different to the
one Excel uses. Just select the cell(s)(black Cell(range)) you want to drag and
pres and hold the left mouse button. Now drag the range and drop it there ever
you like. We do not have a special position to start the Drag option.
