It's not a bug, it's your keyboard. ;-)
These strings are not subject to be translated.
The keyboard language counts. Not the System (OS) language and not the Office UI
language
On Linux, have a look at /etc/sysconfig/keyboard.
On Windows, see System Settings - Locale settings - Input.
Hint:
When you change those settings to another language and restart the office, the
strings in that list box will change accordingly. Problem: If you switch to
"French", then the result of "pressing letters A and S" get exchanged from what
you see on your keyboard, AFAIK. German-English exchanges the Z and Y. But rumor
has it that the majority of people bought their equipment in their country, thus
having no problems :-)
