I cannot reproduce the problem here. I also run OO on WinXP but the context menu
open quite immediately.
I suspect, that it might be a problem of a "broken" configuration folder which
might have been used over the diferrent builds of OO 2.0.x. Please try out and
delete the "OpenOffice.org2" folder in the "documents and
settings\user\Application data" folder.
