BTW: The "keep with next paragraph" option is not handed to a new paragraph when
hitting "Enter" key. This option is normally used to keep a Heading together
with its succeeding paragraph. Thus, once it has been implemented, that option
is not transferred automatically to newly created paragraphs to avoid
difficulties in formatting the document (WEll, it won't make sense to "keep
together" all paragraphs of a document on the same page ;-)
