SBA: OK in OOD680m3_Build9066.
Header and a footer WITH mail fields make it into the merged document(s). This
can be seen if the documents get SAVED in step8. Because the printout in step8
will not print them (regardless if WITH or WITHOUT fields in them).
Thus I just wrote issue 63806 "Header+Footer not printed via Mail Merge Wizard".
This is broken since OOo 2.03. Hmmm... I wonder why this issue didn't exist yet.
However, now it is too late to fix this for OOo 2.04. Yes, it WOULD be nice, but
it does not fit the tight rules for so-called "showstopper issues" :-(
