(on IRC) paveljanik-->sparcmoz: the bug with vendorbase was with Xcode 2.2.1
only. Xcode 2.4 works OK
even without the patch...
And XCode 2.3 is OK too, therefore this will be closed, and advice from pjanik
is: do NOT use Xcode 2.2.1
