I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]"
also
"2.0.3 German version WIN XP: [680m7(Build904)]"
and found out, that default value for form field "list box" will be lost after
close / reopen of document.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached "testfile.ods" (created with 2.0.2)
2. change to form field design mode with toolbar 'form controls'
3. select (mouseclick) field in line "Lüfter Wählen" with contents
   "1, 2, ..., 70"
3. context menu 'contol ... - General - default selection'
4. click '...' button and select value "11" from listing (pane content will
   be '"10"'
5. close 'Properties: list box'
5.1. click somewhere into the document (= unselect field)
6. Menu 'file - Save as' and save with new name as '.ods'
7. close document
8. redo step 1 ... 3
somehow unexpected: field in line "Lüfter Wählen" without contents ...
9. scroll to 'General - default selection'
   expected: pane contents '"10"'
   actual: pane empty

The behaviour is different with "2.0.X WIN XP: [680m180(Build9056)]": In step 9
I still see pane contents '"10"', but default value has not been respected in
step 8
