I've tried with
http://ftp.stardiv.de/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/rc/2.0.4rc1/OOo_2.0.4rc1_060904_Win32Intel_install.exe
and have no problems. The link is in the autostart folder and works like charme.
@ Pavel: Any idea? For me this issue is 'worksforme'.
