I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" and can
confirm the problem. It's really a WRITER problem, it works fine in DRAW and
CALC

Steps to reproduce:
1. open new writer document
2. if DRAWING toolbar is not visible:
Menu "View - Toolbars - Drawing"
3. select "Rectangle" on toolbar and draw a rectangle
4. Mouseclick on rectangle, so that control points are visible
5. press <cntrl> and leave key pressed
6. Move mouse pointer on (alreade marked)
7. press left mouse button and leave it pressed
8. Move mousepointer to copy / paste the rectangle to somewhere else on the page
9. release mouse button and <cntrl>
   Expected: second rectangle should appear
   Actual: nothing

Now something unexpected:

10. Press "Undo" button
11. Press "Redo" button
    Expected: nothing
    Actual: second rectangle appears

In CALC and DRAW all works as expeted, for pictures (.jpg) the function also
works without problem.

I also saw that with "2.0.X WIN XP: [680m180(Build9056)]".
