Confirmed as REPEATABLE.

OpenOffice 2.0.3 crashed with all .doc-types when saving that "Purchase Order
Requisition Form.odt".

1. FILE => Save as => Save as type: => Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc)
2. FILE => Save as => Save as type: => Microsoft Word 95 (.doc)
2. FILE => Save as => Save as type: => Microsoft Word 6.0 (.doc)
