If you saved in RTF-format, I can provide two issues (49087, 60831) where images sometimes but not allways disappear. In issues 53816 and 55911 images disappear when format is changed from ODT to RTF. I could reproduce the disappearance of your image "AAS.png" with ODT/RTF conversion. Please be patient and provide some more information of the phases that caused that phenomenon you did not want.
