Hi,
we've tried the file with several Excel version, Excel 97, 2003 and 2007 Beta2.
All of them showed the same result as OOo Calc do.
Now we had a closer look at the XLS itself with a special tool and found out
that the file contains exactly the values displayed in Excel and Calc. So the
bug is not in Calc but in the file itself. So I assume the application creating
these files is somehow broken.
Closing this Issue as worksforme.
