@PL: I had a look at the eLatin font and it uses unicode's extended latin area
and a lot of codes in unicode's private use area. Unless the text that uses it
can be chained to this exact font then garbage output is inevitable
=> I support the suggestion to disable bookmarking for things that cannot be
reliably exported to PDF
