A long running issue with numerous duplicates and votes. There are even more
duplicates, but many were rolled up into Issue 20193, which did not fix this
problem... (see last few comments)
It has been ~2 years since the assigned developer last commented... should this
be re-assigned? It would be good to at least re-target for 2.X, so that we keep
the Issue on the radar. I'm adding 'ms_interoperability', since this prevents
people importing funky Word tables (I can attach a test doc if really
necessary).
