There are two ways to tell.
First, does your quickstarter look like
http://www.coastalmedtech.com/images/quicklaunch.png ?
Second, close OpenOffice.org, close the Quickstarter, and rename the directory
c:\documents and settings\your username\application data\openoffice* (to disable
all your settings). That should solve your problem since this issue is related
to upgrading on Windows.
