AMA gives me the hint to this issue.
I'm responsible for the corresponding code, as well for the dialog as for the
core.
As stated above, the problem is that the dialog restricted unnecessarily the
vertical positioning of at-page anchored objects relative to the page text area.
Mainly, method <SwFEShell::CalcBoundRect(..)> has to be adjusted to remove this
restriction. Give me a couple of days to provide a corresponding patch.
Please give me a hint, on which version the patch has to be based on.
