Please note this is not problem of document, but rather interaction with
underlying OS. OOo (win32 build) tries to read available certificates from MS
Windows; the only problem is it doesn't translate code page correctly. Sending
you the certificate would compromise my privacy a bit (it contains my private
key). I can provide screenshot just to show how does it look like.
