How to reproduce,

- Open Base
- Select Table in Database pane
- Create a temporary table with Table Wizard. As it proceeds, check UI strings
in Table Wizard.

- Right click on the created table from Tables list
- Select Copy from context menu
- Right click again
- Select Paste from context menu, then Copy table dialog appears
- Check UI strings in the dialog and the following ones.

Here are my suggestions:

[Copy table] -> [Copy Table] (in the title bar)

[Apply columns] -> [Select Fields] (in the title bar)
[Existing columns] -> [Avaliable fields]
Add [Selected fields] on top of right field list

[Type formatting] -> [Fields Style and Formatting] (in the title bar)
[Column information] -> [Field information]
