scenario:
1.Input formula '=cell("filename"; A2)' in A1 cell
2.Save the file to "aaa" folder
OK: A1 = 'file:///c:/aaa/3_395_en.ods'#$Sheet1
3.Save the file to folder named Japanese as "あああ" folder
NG: A1 = 'file:///c:/%E3%81%82%E3%81%82%E3%81%82/3_395_en.ods'#$Sheet1
problem:
Cell function with option "filename" displayed Japanese folder name with
character code.
expected:
When save the file to folder named Japanese as "あああ" folder,
Cell function displayed Japanese folder name as "あああ".
A1 = 'file:///c:/あああ/3_395_en.ods'#$Sheet1
Excel:
A1 = c:\あああ\[3_395_en.xls]Sheet1
