Apologies. Done.
As to guidelines, these were updated and published. I had even written the
letter to go to various projects
but did not send it; lack of interest and the point was communicated, anyway.
The published guidelines were published in June; the version 2 was created in
April. A version 2b that
clarifies the language a few places but which was not seen by the CC was
created in June, too. But as it
was not seen by the CC and didn't really add much, I abandoned it.
Closing as fixed; re-open as needed.
