I think there is a need for an upwards-downwards-facing double arrow, i. e. a
vertical equivalent to dlrarrow. I need it in situations where you would want to
place to equations on top of each other rather than next to each other, for
example:
a*b=c
newline
dudarrow
newline
c over b=a

In contrast to
a*b=c dlrarrow c over b=a

It shouldn't more than taking the dlrarrow, rotating it and putting it under the
name "dudarrow" or something similar.
