All this shall happen automatically. In scp2 someone defines an extension file
for example with flag EXTENSION. Then this oxt file will be part of the
installation set and installed as oxt file into the installation directory. But
then for all platforms a post install process has to be created automatically,
that calls unopkg for this extension. This means Windows installer
CustomActions, Linux Postinstall scripts and so on. That is the task, that has
to be fixed. It would be too difficult, if anyone who creates an extension, also
has to write the corresponding Windows CustomAction and postinstall scripts. Of
course the changes in scp2 (introducing the oxt file and a corresponding module
with localized module names and module descriptions) have to be done by the
developer.
