I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" , "2.0.X WIN
XP: [680m180 (Build9056)]", "2.0.4RC1 German version WIN XP:
[680m3(Build9066)]" and was not able to reproduce the problem. I was able to
change Y-axis-scale and decimal separator changed as expected with the locale
setting.

- specify your OS and platform
- attach a sample document
- provide a more detailed description for the problem. For example I need
information what "can noch change" means: Greyed out? changed values without
effect? Your not to have the heart to do it ;-) ?
- What language setting did you change to what exactly (Nynorsk? Bookmål?)
