Tested with OOo 2.0.4 En-UK (680m4 build 9070).
- Into a Writer document, drag and drop Double Arrow from drawing toolbar.
- Switch to Select tool.
- Select Arrow.
- Press 'Ctrl' while dragging Arrow.
- Functions correctly: Duplicate Arrow created.
