2006 -------
We just had this problem with OOo 2.0.3 on Linux where the file was saved to
/home which was full. (If it makes a difference, /tmp had plenty of space.)

P3->P2 since "User data is corrupted in an easy-to-encounter way" and the user
will likely not even know the disk was full.  (If he did, he could save to
removeable media, for example.)
