The TOC in Sample.sxw is updated and correct with Glossary referencing page 36
and Thank You referencing page 37. The exported TOC in the exported Sample.doc
file is neither up-to-date nor correct; the TOC there is unchanged from the TOC
in the Sample.sxw when Glossary actually starts on page 37 and Thank You
actually starts on page 44 in Sample.doc. Updating the TOC in Sample.doc
corrects the problem.
