OOo is keeping a lock on Word XML files it has opened, even after the document
has been closed. This is particularly problematic if the user is running OOo
as a long-running service or daemon.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a Word XML file.
2) Close the file.
3) Open the same file in OOo or Word. The file is opened in read-only mode
because it is locked.
4) Close the file.
5) Attempt to rename the file or delete the file. Windows will not allow it
because the file is locked.
6) Close OOo. The file become unlocked, can be opened read/write, renamed and
deleted.

Sample Document:
Any Word XML file -- even one produced by OOo. Create a new document with
Writer. Enter some text. Save it as a word XML file.
