After exporting a document as a PDF, using the File->Export as PDF option, the
Insert->Object->OLE Object->Further Objects field is blank. The field is still
selectable, and still functional, but the text is no longer there. This means
that the keyboard series Alt-I-O-O-Tab-F-Enter no longer works, though using the
mouse or the arrow keys to select the apparently-empty field before hitting
Enter or OK still works. Using the Export Directly as PDF button on the
Standard toolbar does not cause the problem. This occurs whether or not the
document is the default opened with an instance of Writer, or any document
opened once that program is open. I've not found any way to get the text back
short of closing and reopening the program.
