This method always 'true' even if the method 'setGroupContol(false)' was called previously. Just start 'checkapi -o forms.ODatabaseForm::com::sun::star::awt::XTabControllerModel' to rebuild the behaviour. FS->FS: think about updating the specification. A database form does not allow changing the group control flag, it has it's own flag, depending on the loaded state, and the tabulator cycle setting. So setGroupControl is not allowed.
