cd: Root cause found. The quickstarter doesn't provide a MacroExecMode when it
creates new documents. Result is that all macros are disabled and cannot work.
Therefore I changed the title of this issue to better describe the problem. We
have to resync the CWS where I want to fix this issue as the new quickstarter
for Unix also has this problem (available on SRC680m187).
