When I open the attached file in Oo.o 680m3(Build:8968), the entire document
shows up in the font GothicW. This is an Old English decorative font which is
almost impossible to read 10pt text in. (The file was downloaded from
http://gsl.openoffice.org/files/documents/16/1286/vclNativeWidgetProposal.sxw.)

The formatting toolbar shows the font name "Luxi Sans" but I have no such font
on my system. So, I assume this is a font substitution problem.

Note: The Help > About box says "OpenOffice.org 2.0". I have Oo.o
680m3(Build:8968). I don't know what to choose for the Version tag so I am
choosing "current".

Note 2: I am not an administrator on this machine so I cannot upgrade to the
newest version to retest.
