But it happens after a long time, which allows me to do at least SOME work. In preparation of the eventual hanging, I have to keep saving. Each save takes about a minute. I have to abandon the work done after the last save and the hang, because once I got hard-coded addresses in all hyperlinks of a recovered document; and I don't want to have that problem on my hands again. **** Anyway, whatever factor it is, there is a clue: 2.0.3 was better than 2.0.4 RC1. 2.0.4 RC1 was better than RC3. RC3 is the worst: If I don't use the "update page formatting" command, it hangs so fast that I can't do any work at all.
