<shrug> yes, checked and it doesn't seem to happen in m186 with the testcase I
had, something must have changed ( I can't remember what milestone I observed
this in ), so.. I will close for now. But surely the code duplication is a
potential maintenance nightmare, if there is a list of "things to be refactored"
it might be an idea to put this on it :-) so it can be eventually removed ;-)
