Tested with OOo 2.0.3 WinXP PC.
Confirmed: the png is scaled, although I would not expect it to be... however,
not sure whether this would be considered a bug...
Checked the png file with 'TweakPNG'. The 'pHYs' chunk specifies ~72dpi
resolution (= screen res), so I would expect no scaling (rounding issue?).
Deleting the pHYs chunk, results in OOo loading the image without scaling.
