Yes, some patches are not still applied - they have been reviwed and raised questions as I mentioned. It's ok to deliver some new stuff as log as it does not collide with cws_src680_mingwport03 revision. I think, the best strategy is to deliver a new patch set (for cws_src680_mingwport03) that covers all files, that are still not patched for whatever reason (well, fixes and new stuff can also be there).
