the point seems to be "-ldl".
mac and bsd don't want it, that's cosistent with vcl/util makefile. but all
solaris platforms link them in vcl/util but don't mention it in STDSHLGUIMT.
so i need to find out if this is done by intention or just got lost from
unsol*3.mk...
