In the "Tools > XML Filter Settings", if you define a new filter ("New...")
- If you enter all the fields except the "Application" field (leave it as
"unknown").
- if you validate, you will see the filter.
If you then re-open the "XML Filter Settings" dialog, the filter will have
vanished. If you try to create a new filter with the same name, the dialog will
say that this "A filter with the same name is already defined".
This filter will also not be found in any import/export dialog.
