SBA: In the alphabetical index, created with CWS i18n27, i see some
inconsistecies concerning uppercase and lower-case letters:
All upper-case characters WITHOUT accent come before the accented characters.
So I thought this must be for the lower-case ones, too, like
R - radlice - Ř - řeka
But with some lowe-case characters, the accented ones come before the "pure
ones", i.e.
A - Á - ábel - auto
D - Ď - ďábel - disk
Is this part of the "very complicated national standard" or something Karl must
yet adress?

I will attach a document with the alphabetical index created in CWS i18n27.
