The attached patch makes it possible to compile tools on Mac OS X with gcc 4.0.1
with WaE enabled.

It has two parts - fsys part is clean, the second one is not.

The second part tries to workaround two warnings like this one:

ooo_SRC680_m189_src/tools/source/fsys/urlobj.cxx:5175: warning: control may
reach end of non-void function 'static sal_uInt32
INetMIME::getUTF32Character(const sal_Unicode*&, const sal_Unicode*)' being
inlined

To me it looks like bug in Apple's gcc (see
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2005-01/msg01964.html).

I decided that I'll use pragma system_header ifdefed for MACOSX. The question is
the evaluation order for pragmas and ifdef.

sb: do you know about any other solution?
